Coladia was put under house arrest in America for 18 months and later deported to India.

Ashneer Grover said in his email that an FIR has been lodged against Koladia at the Delhi airport, as he attempted to travel to Gujarat on a forged ticket. Ashneer Grover also submitted the copy of the FIR and the documents related to the sentence. On the other hand, Koladia has rejected all the allegations leveled against him.
