In China, announced the official prices and configurations of the new youth model of the Haval Cool Dog brand. This will be the second crossover in a separate product line of the brand. The first was the Big Dog model, known in Russia as Dargo. The recently announced youth crossover Haval Cool Dog, which became available for pre-order in China in mid-July, is now on sale.
Earlier it was reported that in China it will cost about 1 million rubles. Now there are details about versions and prices. Initially, four trim levels are available to choose from. Two versions are equipped exclusively with front-wheel drive and a 1.5-liter GW4G15M turbo engine with 150 hp. They cost from 1.11 to 1.16 million rubles.
More expensive versions are equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged GW4B15L engine with 184 hp. The front-wheel drive version costs 1.23 million rubles, and the top-end all-wheel drive SUV is available at a price of about 1.34 million rubles. All cars are equipped with a 7-speed robotic transmission with double “wet” clutch and 18-inch wheels.
Haval Cool Dog (“Cool Dog”) is a compact crossover built on the LEMON platform adjacent to Haval Dargo. The dimensions of the car are 4520 x 1875 x 1745 mm with a wheelbase of 2710 mm. That is, the Cool Dog is 100mm shorter, 15mm narrower and 35mm lower than the Haval Dargo. The wheelbase is 28 mm shorter. Ground clearance is a decent 196 mm. The minimum ground clearance is 196 mm and the fuel tank capacity is 55 liters.
