Cognizant employees will have to come to office 3 days a week, company launches a special app

Global IT services and consulting company Cognizant Technology Solutions is calling its India-based employees back to the office. In a recent email sent by CEO Ravi Kumar S, the company shared a new policy that will require employees to work from the office at least three times a week. The move is similar to other major Indian IT services companies, including Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Infosys and Wipro, which have recently ordered employees to work from their offices with staggered schedules. .

To facilitate this hybrid vision, Cognizant will introduce a new work scheduling app for its India-based employees. The app is designed to help managers create schedules for their teams and reserve office space for people on their team.

The report further suggests that Cognizant expressed enthusiasm about bringing employees back to the office. “We are excited to see our people back in the office and we are committed to expanding into tier-2 cities across India, where many of our associates are based,” the company said in its statement.
