Another car is going to hit the market soon. French carmaker Citroen is soon going to hit the Indian market with two new models based on the C3 hatchback.
In fact, the company’s cheapest car in India is the Citroen C3. Two cars based on this are coming to India. One of these is its electric version (eC3) and the other will be a 7 seater SUV. With the Citroen eC3 set to be launched in the coming weeks, the new Citroen 7-seater SUV could be unveiled in the second half of 2023. Let’s know more details of this car:
Citroën 7-seater SUV
According to the reports, the new 7-seater SUV of Citroën will be brought against the Renault Triber. The Maruti Swift also comes in roughly the same price range. The production-ready model could be named the Citroen C3 Aircross. To make it different from the Citroën C3, some changes will be made to its design including front grille, bumper and fog lamp assembly.
For power, the new SUV can get 1.2L, 3-cylinder turbo petrol and 1.2L, 3-cylinder naturally aspirated petrol engines. The same engine is also offered in the C3 hatchback. The 7-seater SUV from Citroen will offer a digital instrument cluster, 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless smartphone connectivity, 4 speakers, speed sensitive auto door locks, roof rails etc.
