Previously, we only saw the interior of Baojun Yep in spy shots, but now we have the opportunity to see it in detail in official images and in a video.
Baojun Yep’s center console has a special bracket for some accessories, where you can attach a smartphone holder and other accessories, as shown in the image. Center console customization is popular among young people in China who express their individuality in this way.
The “Chinese Suzuki Jimny”, as it has been dubbed since the moment of its announcement, will receive a common block of two screens with a diagonal of 10.25 inches, familiar to cars from the Celestial Empire. A pair of ventilation holes and a block of physical buttons for controlling the climate control system are visible under the screen.

The steering wheel at Baojun Yep is simple, round, with three spokes. The Yep’s center tunnel has a rotary puck to select drive modes, electric parking brake and AutoHold buttons. The car has no armrest.
The following picture shows the dimensions of the free space for passengers. If you want to get into the second row, you need to press a button on the front seat and it will move forward.

Previously reported that Baojun Yep will be available in China from May 25 for prices starting at $14,400 in five colors.
