China wants to ‘capture’ the moon, the neighboring country gave this reaction to this statement of NASA

China is rapidly advancing its space programs. He is directly challenging the US regarding the Moon mission to be launched in the next few years. The American space agency NASA also wants to once again land humans on the moon and for this it has prepared the Artemis mission. The Moon mission is increasing the competition between the two countries. Meanwhile, NASA Administrator Bill Nelson has said that China probably wants to ‘capture’ the Moon. It is part of its military space program. China has called this statement of NASA irresponsible. Rejecting the statement, China has said that it has always called for a shared construction in outer space for humanity.

According to a Reuters report, NASA Administrator Bill Nelson told the German newspaper Bild in an interview published on Saturday that we should be very concerned that China is landing on the Moon. He is saying- ‘It is ours now and you stay out’. The head of the US space agency said that China’s space program was a military program and it stole ideas and technology from others.

In response, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian said that this is not the first time the head of the US National Aeronautics and Space Administration has ignored facts and talked about China irresponsibly. He said that the US has consistently launched a wrong campaign against China’s space efforts. China strongly opposes such irresponsible comments. He said China has always promoted building a shared future for humanity in outer space and opposed any arms race in space.

Significantly, China has accelerated the pace of its space program in the last decade. It focuses on the exploration of the Moon. China launched the first Landing Moon mission in 2013. He is about to launch a rocket soon to send astronauts to the Moon at the end of this decade. At the same time, the US is also planning to send a crew mission to the Moon by 2024 under the Artemis program and to land a human near the South Pole of the Moon by 2025.
