China released new video of Pangong conflict, Chinese ‘henchmen’ are seen attacking with stones

Pangong Clash: China has released a new video of the clash between Indian and Chinese armies near Pangong Tso Lake in Ladakh in 2020. In this Chinese propaganda video, Chinese soldiers are shown attacking Indian soldiers. In the video, the number of Indian soldiers is seen to be much less in comparison to the Chinese soldiers, but the Indian soldiers are seen fighting tough. This video has been filmed on Finger-4 of the lake. In the video, Chinese vehicles, boats and Chinese soldiers with sticks are seen in the lake. In the video, soldiers of both the countries are seen attacking each other with stones.

After this attack, experts had said that China got the benefit of better road connectivity and soon a large number of Chinese soldiers reached the conflict site. Chinese soldiers also took the help of boats and attacked the Indian soldiers when they were in small numbers. Chinese soldiers also pushed many Indian soldiers from the hill and attacked them with sticks and stones. During this, Indian soldiers also fought the Chinese soldiers with sticks and stones and stopped them from moving forward. Dozens of soldiers of both the countries were injured in this conflict.

Pangong Tso Lake is strategically important
Pangong Tso Lake is a long and narrow lake in Ladakh at an altitude of 14 thousand feet, this lake is surrounded by hills on all sides and is quite deep. Pangong Tso Lake is strategically important for both the countries, due to which the armies of both the countries patrol around this lake. In 1962, China carried out its biggest attack near this lake. The importance of this lake increases because Pangong Tso lies on the way to Chushul approach. In such a situation, whenever China attacks India, it will have to use a stealthy approach.

Controversy going on on Finger 4
This lake is identified by the fingers of the hills present near it. From the hills located on the banks of this lake, 8 fingers are protruding towards the lake. Before the year 2020, the Indian Army used to patrol from Finger 4 to 8. The area up to Finger 4 was under the control of India. But China built a road up to Finger 4, after which India also started building a road up to Finger 4, after which tension started increasing between the two countries. This angered China and Chinese soldiers started entering Indian territory.

A large number of soldiers are deployed on the border
For this reason, in the year 2020, there were conflicts between Chinese and Indian soldiers in many areas of Ladakh. Many soldiers of both the countries also died in the Galwan Valley conflict. Since then, India has deployed a large number of weapons and army near the border, a large number of Chinese soldiers are also deployed on that side. In such a situation, tension has been going on on the India-China border for a long time. Recently, India’s Foreign Minister S Jaishankar had given a statement regarding this tension, he had said that unless there is peace on the border, there cannot be a softening in relations between the two countries.
