Campus IPO: 1400 crore issue to open on 26 April, share is Rs 292, from lot size to every detail

Campus Activewear IPO: Popular shoe maker Campus Activewear has fixed the price band for its initial public offering ie IPO. Campus has fixed the face value issue price of Rs 5 at Rs 278-292 per share. This IPO will launch next week on 26 April i.e. Tuesday and it can be subscribed till 28 April. The company plans to raise Rs 1400 crore through IPO. It will open on January 25 for the bidding of anchor investors. This issue is purely an offer for sale (OFS).

IPO details

The public issue of the sports and athleisure footwear company comprises the entire offer for sale of 4.79 crore shares by its existing shareholders and promoters. Presently, the promoters’ stake in the company is 78.21 percent. While TPG Growth holds 17.19 per cent and QRG Enterprises holds 3.86 per cent. The Offer for Sale (OFS) includes 80 lakh shares of Hari Krishna Agarwal, 45 lakh shares of Nikhil Agarwal, 2.91 crore shares of TPG Growth III SF Pte Ltd, 60.5 lakh shares of QRG Enterprises Ltd, 1 lakh equity shares of Rajiv Goyal . 2 lakh shares are being sold by Rajesh Kumar Gupta.

Lot size, reserve for whom

The lot size under the issue is 51 shares. It is necessary to buy a lot size. That is, investors will have to invest at least Rs 14,892. Of this, 50 per cent is reserved for Qualified Institutional Investors (QIBs). At the same time, 15 percent is reserved for non-institutional investors (NIIs) and the remaining 35 percent for retail investors. Eligible employees will get a discount of Rs 27 per equity share.

IPO allotment

The allotment of the IPO is expected on May 4 and the refund will start from May 5. On May 9, 2022, the company’s shea can be listed in BSard and NSE. The book running lead managers of the campus activewear issue are BofA Securities India Limited, JM Financial, CLSA India and Kotak Mahindra Capital Company. After the listing, the company will compete with companies like Bata India, Relaxo Footwears, Khadim India, Liberty Shoes, Metro Brands and Mirza International.
