Cameras have been created to detect “suspicious” people by their face, gait and smell

One of the patents describes how algorithms work to identify strangers. They combine photos and videos from cameras belonging to different people into a common network. On the basis of this, materials are then formed for “assistance to law enforcement agencies.”

Another patent describes a “Neighbor Alert Mode”. The user can upload a photo of a suspicious person, and all nearby intercoms will start recording the target. You can also track not only humans, but also cars and animals.

In addition, the patents describe sensors for identification by voice, gait and smell. Amazon’s developments have worried some cybersecurity experts.
