BYD introduced a new electric car Seagull Honor Edition. It is compact and is offered in three versions with two battery options. Moreover, the price of the basic version does not exceed $10,000.
The car comes in three versions – Active costing about $9,700, Free for $10,530 and Flying for $11,920. The dimensions of the Seagull Honor Edition are 3780 x 1715 x 1540 mm. The manufacturer equipped the model with an electric motor with a power of 55 kW and a torque of 135 Nm. Seagull Honor Edition accelerates from zero to 50 km/h in 4.9 seconds.
BYD offers two battery options for the Seagull Honor Edition. A standard battery with a capacity of 30.08 kWh will provide a range of up to 305 km. In the top Flying configuration with a battery capacity of 38.88 kWh, you can travel up to 405 km.
The Vitality comes with 15-inch steel wheels, airbags, parking sensors, a rear camera and cruise control. The Free and Flying versions are equipped with 16-inch alloy wheels, ADAS driver assistance and sign recognition systems, adaptive cruise control, as well as emergency braking and lane departure warning functions.
All versions come with LED headlights, a leatherette steering wheel, wireless smartphone charging, Bluetooth, 4G NFC and power windows with driver window pinch protection.
