After that you will have to pay the registration fee which is refundable. You will see the registration fee information along with the number. After registration you will have to make a minimum bid for the selected number. BSNL will then select three people for each VIP number. There will be another auction after this final list. You will then receive a VIP number. If your name is not on the final list, you will receive your refund within 10 days. You will have to pay Rs 25,000 for VIP number.
