- Jio-Airtel-Vi plans increase
- BSNL users get silver
- Getting additional validity of 90 days
New Delhi. These days BSNL is getting a lot of love from the customers because of its recent prepaid recharge plan. Where other telecom companies like Airtel, Jio and Vodafone Idea are increasing the tariff. At the same time, BSNL is giving its users the facility of extended validity and free data.
Suggestions of people moved towards BSNL:
Private telcos have not only increased the prices but also cut benefits in some circles. Because of which customers are feeling disappointed. The number of users porting BSNL in different states is also increasing. The government-owned network is also offering free data to customers switching.
Last month itself, BSNL announced some additional offers for customers using its annual Rs 2,399 plan. Users taking this plan are being given an additional validity of 90 days. Although, this offer was to end on January 15, but the telecom company has continued it. In this, instead of the validity of 365 days, BSNL users who recharge with the pack of Rs 2,399 will be given a validity of 455 days. For this reason, the suggestion of customers towards BSNL has started increasing.
Even the quarterly plans of BSNL are much better as compared to other major telecom companies of the country. For example, Jio offers a quarterly plan for Rs 666 with 1.5GB data per day and a validity of 84 days, while a BSNL quarterly plan with 1.5GB data will cost you just Rs 485. BSNL’s plan is not only cheaper, but it also offers 90 days validity, which means you get 6 days of additional data usage along with 9GB of additional data, saving you a lot of money.
BSNL still behind in this matter
Of course, BSNL is still behind the major telecom companies in terms of internet speed, network quality/quality and other benefits. Once BSNL starts improving these aspects, we may see more users switching to this state-owned network. However, customers are also pushing Airtel, Jio and VI to reduce tariffs or offer 30 days validity on their monthly packs.
