Brussels sprouts reduced risk of dementia

Scientists at Columbia University have found that certain foods help prevent dementia. These include, for example, Brussels sprouts.

In addition, cruciferous vegetables in general (including the already mentioned Brussels sprouts), due to their high content of B vitamins and carotenoids, protect against dementia. These foods also include broccoli, cauliflower, and cabbage.
