In China, a brand new Chery Tiggo 7 Pro with a gasoline engine has already been filmed, which is being tested on public roads. It will get a new design.
As already reported, at the Chengdu Motor Show, Chery introduced a brand new hybrid Chery Tiggo 7 Pro, which will be released in China under the name Chery Tiggo 7 Plus New Energy. We also already wrote that this design should become standard for all models of the Tiggo family.
The source claims that it was the gasoline version of the car that got into the frame, which is called Tiggo 7 Plus in China and Tiggo 7 Pro in Russia. Comparing the photos of the hybrid Chery Tiggo 7 Plus New Energy and the petrol Chery Tiggo 7 Pro shows almost complete similarity, but there are still some differences.
The blocks of daytime running lights are different, while both cars still have a plug in the central lower part of the bumper under the number, where, according to sources, a laser rangefinder for an unmanned driving system or at least an adaptive cruise control radar can be located in the future.
The car will receive a large radiator grille with vertical chrome slats, the headlights are borrowed from the older Tiggo 8 Plus series (in Russia – Tiggo 8 Pro).
Probably, after the publication of new images from other angles, we will see other minor differences between the models.
