The price of the Bounce Infinity E1X will range between Rs 55,000 and Rs 59,000.
Bengaluru-based electric vehicle startup Bounce Infinity has announced the launch of a new battery-swappable variant of the Infinity E1 e-scooter. The new model is named Bounce Infinity E1X. The top speed of this model is said to be between 55 kmph and 65 kmph. The company says that a faster variant is also being prepared, which will be able to reach a maximum speed of 92 kmph. Recently, Bounce Infinity announced a 21 percent reduction in the price of its E1+ range of electric scooters.
The Bounce Infinity E1X will be priced between Rs 55,000 and Rs 59,000. The new battery-swappable model will be available across the country starting in June 2024. Bounce Infinity states that the E1X is compatible with major battery-swapping networks across India and can be customized for new battery-swapping infrastructure.
The specialty of the swappable-battery model is that users can replace the exhausted battery of these e-scooters with a fully charged battery pack at any network station. This certainly saves the time taken to charge the battery pack and significantly reduces the fear of the battery running out mid-way. Bounce has introduced two-speed variants for the E1X, which offer speeds of up to 55 kmph and 65 kmph to meet the needs of different users. Additionally, Bounce Infinity is also developing a separate variant with a top speed of 92 kmph to comply with the minimum speed rules for some export markets. Recently, Bounce Infinity announced a reduction in the prices of the E1+ electric scooter range by up to 21 percent. The price of the E1+ has now decreased from Rs 1.13 lakh to Rs 89,999.
