The Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of Moscow shared interesting statistics on the results of the operation of special parking lots in 2022.
As noted in the press service of the department, Lamborghini, Rolls-Royce and Bentley were parked without license plates more often than other luxury cars, for which they were evacuated and put in a special parking lot. At the same time, the Top 5 for all car brands looks like this:

In 2022, the Moscow Parking tow trucks moved more than 5.1 thousand cars without license plates. At the same time, almost 2.2 thousand of them were parked with violations. Deptrans emphasized that if a car without license plates was parked in accordance with the rules, then there is no need to pay for the evacuation. If the driver violated the rules of stopping and parking, then in addition to paying for the evacuation, he will still have to pay a fine.
