BMW, Lego and Siemens will be launched in Russia

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia approved changes to the list of goods for parallel imports, adding Siemens, BMW and LEGO products to it.

According to the order of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade, the changes are purely targeted and are associated both with the addition of brands that have stopped deliveries to the Russian Federation to the list of goods allowed for parallel import, and with the exclusion of a number of brands that have resumed deliveries to Russia. We are mainly talking about the products of the Siemens, BMW and LEGO brands, which previously announced their complete withdrawal from the Russian market. The changes also affected perfumes and cosmetics, machine tool products, batteries and other products.

A week ago these changes announced the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, and today the corresponding order was published on the website of the department.
Earlier, the Ministry of Economic Development spoke about the import using parallel imports of goods worth $1.8 billion in May.
In June, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a law legalizing parallel imports for 2022.
