A case has been registered for creating ruckus in the Patna Civil Court premises and forcibly addressing the media while sitting on the police jeep. Prashant Kishor, who was on fast unto death for the last several days for the demands of the students, was admitted to the ICU of Medanta Hospital in Patna on Tuesday. He did not want to go to the hospital but his team was continuously asking him to go to the hospital. After his condition worsened, an ambulance had to be called at home and with the help of the medical team he was taken to the hospital.
Before going to the hospital, Prashant Kishore said that his fast unto death will continue. He is only drinking water. The doctor has given information about his health. He has a problem in his throat. Let us tell you that a meeting of the Satyagraha Committee was held today and it was decided that the movement will continue.

At 4 am on Monday, the police team arrested Prashant Kishore from Gandhi Maidan. Meanwhile, Patna Police evacuated the protest site. Later Prashant Kishore was taken to court from where he got conditional bail, but he did not accept it. Ultimately, the court granted bail without any conditions, after which he came out of jail.

At the same time, according to Patna Police, demonstration is not allowed in Gandhi Maidan. If there is a protest then everyone will have to go to Gardnibagh.
