Bhuvan Aadhaar portal: Find location with one click

Bhuvan Aadhaar portal: To assist Aadhaar card users, a new Aadhaar portal called Bhuvan has been launched by UIDAI, which can help users locate Aadhaar centers. It is claimed that this portal is better than Google Maps, as it is specially designed for Aadhaar users.

You will no longer have to struggle to find an Aadhaar card center, thanks to the new Aadhaar portal launched by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). It has been developed with the help of the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) and its Divine National Remote Sensing Center (NRSC). The portal is called the Bhuvan Aadhaar Portal. This web-based portal, created by UIDAI, is expected to be highly beneficial for Aadhaar users.

Why has the new app been launched?

Currently, if you need to find an Aadhaar center, you may quickly turn to Google Maps for directions. However, you might not know if a new Aadhaar center has recently opened near you. While Google Maps shows the actual location of centers, it may update the information late. On the other hand, the new Bhuvan Aadhaar portal launched by UIDAI will have information about every Aadhaar center. It will be updated every month and every 15 days. With this app, you can easily get the location of the nearest Aadhaar center.

Bhuvan Aadhaar is a portal that provides a single-window solution for Aadhaar enrollment and update centers across India. It offers various features to help users find Aadhaar centers. Here’s how the Bhuvan app works:

  4. In the Radius field, specify the distance (in kilometers) within which you want to search for an Aadhaar center.
  5. Click the “Search” option.
  6. The portal will then provide information about the Aadhaar center’s location along with the radius and current location.

What information will you get?

  • Aadhaar Enrollment Center Name
  • Aadhaar Enrollment Center Address
  • Aadhaar Enrollment Center Type
  • Enrollment Center Contact Information

Additionally, you can use a navigation app like Google Maps on the Bhuvan Aadhaar portal to view the Aadhaar center’s location and get directions. To do this, click the “View Map” button.

Other special features:

  • If you’re unsure about your location, select the “Find Me” option. The portal will automatically detect your location.
  • You can also search for enrollment centers by pin code or by the name of the enrollment center.
  • If you want information about Aadhaar enrollment centers across the country, click on the “All Centres” tab.

UIDAI provides information

UIDAI has shared details about the Bhuvan Aadhaar portal on its official X platform. According to UIDAI, Bhuvan is a geo-spatial platform developed by ISRO. To visit this platform, you can scan the QR code or click on the direct link. The portal will provide information about all Aadhaar centers across the country, and it will also show the date when the portal was last updated.

Aadhaar update is necessary

UIDAI has recently informed that if your Aadhaar card is 10 years old, you will be required to update it. This update is being implemented for the safety of Aadhaar card users. Users can update their Aadhaar at any Aadhaar center, and the Bhuvan Aadhaar portal can assist in finding the nearest center. Aadhaar can also be updated online, but for fingerprint and iris scans, you will need to visit an Aadhaar center.
