Best Selling Electric Cars: These are the best selling electric cars in the country, including a Chinese car

Tata Nexon EV

The Tata Nexon EV was the best selling electric car last month with 2,847 units sold. It comes in two variants – Prime and Max, with prices ranging from Rs 14.99 lakh to Rs 20.04 lakh, ex-showroom. 

Tata Tigor EV

Tata Motors has sold 808 units of the Tigor EV in September 2022. This electric sedan comes with a 26 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. Tata Tigor EV price in India currently starts at Rs. 12.24 lakhs, ex-showroom.

MG ZS EV

MG Motor India updated the ZS EV earlier this year. In September 2022, 412 units of this electric SUV were sold. The current price of MG ZS EV starts at Rs 22.58 Lakh ex-showroom.

Hyundai Kona Electric

The South Korean carmaker has sold 121 units of Kona Electric in India last month. It has a 39.2 kWh lithium-ion battery pack. The current price of Hyundai Kona Electric starts at Rs 23.84 lakhs ex-showroom.

WORLD e6

BYD is a Chinese company, which has sold 63 units of its e6 MPV in India during September 2022. The BYD e6 Electric MPV gets a 71.7 kWh battery pack. Its ex-showroom price is Rs 29.15 lakh.
