The 10th installment has been released in the month of January this year. The 11th installment is going to be released in the month of April itself. Most of the state governments have approved the 11th installment. From this year, the government has made it mandatory to do e-KYC in the PM Kisan scheme. The last date for conducting e-KYC is 31 May 2022. A total of 12 crore farmers have registered themselves through this scheme so far.

Before the release of the 11th installment of the scheme, a big fraud has come to the fore in Jalaun, UP. About 1740 farmers have been found who are already employed and pay income tax.
