Talking about the Bajaj CT110X, it has been increased by Rs 845, due to which the new price has gone up to Rs 66,298. Talking about the Platina range, its price has been increased from Rs 826 to Rs 1978, due to which its starting price has gone up to Rs 63,130 and Rs 66,317 for the top disc variant.
After this, talking about Avenger, the price of 160 and 220 models has been increased by Rs 365 and Rs 563 respectively, due to which the new price has gone up to Rs 1,11,827 and Rs 1,38,368. In the Pulsar 125 range, only the disc variant has been increased in price by Rs 1,101, taking its starting price to Rs 87,149 and the top model to Rs 90,003.
Talking about the popular Pulsar 150 range, its price has been increased by Rs 716 and Rs 717 and it is now being sold from the starting price of Rs 1,04,448 to Rs 1,14,176 for the top model. Talking about the Pulsar NS range, which has been increased from Rs 896 to Rs 1165, it is available at a price of Rs 1,04,371 to Rs 1,70,067.
In the Pulsar N range, the price of only the N250 single ABS variant has been increased, making it costlier by Rs.1299. It is now being sold at a price of Rs 1,44,979. The company has increased the price of the highest Dominar 250 by Rs 6400, it is now available at Rs 1,75,002. After this, the price of Dominar 400 has been increased by Rs 1152 and it is being sold at a price of Rs 2,23,538.
Apart from this, the company has recently increased the price of Chetak electric scooter. The price of this electric scooter has been increased by Rs 12,749, due to which it is now available at a price of Rs 1,54,189. However, it is available at different prices in different states. In many states, discounts are being given on the purchase of EVs, due to which the price is low.
June 2022 sales
Bajaj has revealed its wholesale sales figures for the month of June 2022. The OEM has sold 3,47,004 units in June 2022. This year’s sales remained flat as compared to 3,46,136 units sold by the company in June 2021.
Bajaj has reported total sales of 1,38,351 units of its two-wheeler and commercial vehicles (CVs) in the domestic market in June, up from 1,61,386 units in the same month last year. The company has registered a decline of 15 percent as compared to the previous year.
Automobile companies are increasing the price of their vehicles due to rising raw material prices. After many car companies, now Bajaj has made its two wheelers expensive. However, the two-wheeler sales have still not done well and in such a situation, this price hike could have a bad effect.
