These models will get the new 5G update
The devices that will be enabled by the new software update from Apple for 5G service include iPhone 14, iPhone 13, iPhone 12 and iPhone SE (3rd generation). The company is testing 5G networks in iPhone models with telecom operators in India.

iPhone will not support mmWave 5G in India
iPhone models offer 5G services to iPhone users with over 250 carriers in 70 different markets around the world. However, iPhone models in India will not support mmWave 5G. This means that the iPhone 12, iPhone 13, and iPhone 14 models will not have Jio’s 700MHz 5G internet.
