Mumbai: In April 2023, it has been seen that there has been a decrease in the sales of auto companies. But there does not seem to be any difference on the sale of some cars. Six out of the top ten best selling cars last month are from Maruti Suzuki. The best selling car is WagonR. More than 20 thousand units of this car have been sold. After this comes the number of Maruti Suzuki Swift and Baleno. But a car from the company, which was at number 14 last month, has now entered the top 10.
Maruti WagonR was number one in April
In the last month i.e. April 2023, 20,879 people have bought Maruti Suzuki WagonR. While in April 2022, the same number of cells was 17,766. That is, there has been an increase of 20% in this month as compared to last year. The price of Maruti WagonR is Rs 5.54 lakh ex-showroom. Its top variant costs Rs 7.42 lakh. The WagonR mileage ranges from 54.19 kmpl to 34.05 kmpl.
Maruti Suzuki Swift is at number two
Maruti Suzuki’s Swift was at number two last month. 18,573 people have boarded this train. There is a 100% increase in this month as compared to last year. Maruti Baleno is in third place. 16,180 people have bought this car.
Tata Nexon in fourth place
Tata Nexon is the fourth best selling car in the list. Tata Nexon was bought by 15,002 people last month. Hyundai Creta is at number five. 14,186 units were sold. Maruti Suzuki Brezza (11,836), Maruti Suzuki Alto (11,548), Tata Punch (10,934), Maruti Suzuki Eeco (10,504), Maruti Suzuki Alto (10,342) are at the sixth position.
