New Delhi. Asus is reportedly working on a successor to one of the most compact Android smartphones out there, the Zenfone 8. However, no official information has been revealed from the company related to the success of Zenfone 8. However, a product online video of the Zenfone 9 has reportedly surfaced. A report has claimed that the company has uploaded the product video of the Zenfone 9 handset by mistake. The company soon took down the video. However, the TechGoin website managed to get a copy of the video.
In this video, the specifications of the phone as well as the design of the smartphone have been explained in detail. As per the video, the handset will reportedly retain the compact form factor and feature a 5.9-inch Samsung AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The phone will have a punch-hole cutout in the left corner for the selfie camera. Let’s take a look at the specifications of this upcoming smartphone.

The video also confirms that the handset will come in four color variants – Red, Black, Beige and Blue shade. The back panel of the handset houses two similarly sized camera lenses. The phone includes a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX766 sensor and a secondary sensor. The main attraction of the phone is the 6-axis gimbal image stabilization. Furthermore, the handset is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s flagship Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and backed by a 4300mAh battery.
Users will be able to scroll through the video
The ZoneFone 9 is also expected to feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. This phone will allow users to scroll through the video or feed up and down. The video has also confirmed that the handset will have an IP68 water and dust resistant rating. The company has also given some accessories in the video which include a smart backpack mount with a smartphone attachment option and an in-built kickstand case.
