According to Sergei Kiryushin, Special Representative of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia for Digital Transformation, there are enough analytical tasks, as well as units that need such a system. At the same time, Kiryushin did not specify the list of problems that will be considered by AI. As soon as the design is over, the ministry will decide on funding.
Oleg Shakirov, a senior expert of the CPDD, explained where the Ministry of Foreign Affairs can use artificial intelligence, citing other countries as an example. In the US and Canada, he said, a similar system is used for robots that respond in chats with agency clients. Shakirov, moreover, recalled the development of British colleagues, which reveals sensitive information in documents before their publication.
