Apple starts recalling iPhone 12 due to audio problems in another country

The problem affects iPhones 12 and 12 Pro manufactured between October 2020 and April 2021. Apple has determined that a small percentage of devices may experience audio problems due to a faulty receiver module component. Exactly how many smartphones are affected is unclear.

Owners may complain about the iPhone not making a sound when a call is made. Apple Authorized Service Providers will service these devices at no charge.

There was no information about such problems in Russia yet.
