Aoostar has introduced a mini PC called Gem12. In addition to the powerful AMD processor, it has several interesting features that set it apart from its competitors. The body of the new product is equipped with a built-in color screen, and if desired, you can connect a powerful external video card to the device.
Aoostar Gem12 is equipped with a small proprietary display that can display both system information such as processor temperature and user photos.
The new product is built on the AMD Ryzen 7 8845HS processor with an integrated Radeon 780M. You can also use an external video card instead, connecting it using the OCuLink connector to improve performance. The maximum amount of RAM standard DDR5-5600 is 64 GB. The set of mini-PC interfaces includes USB 4 Type-C, USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A, DisplayPort 1.4 and HDMI 2.1 ports, as well as two Ethernet connectors (2.5 Gbps).
The computer is equipped with a cooling system based on an evaporation chamber with a stated performance of up to 75 W TDP. Another feature of the model is a built-in fingerprint scanner for quick login. The Aoostar Gem12 price with the Ryzen 7 7840HS processor under pre-order conditions in China starts from $347, and in the configuration with the Ryzen 7 8845HS chip – from $375.
