Before the official announcement of the Vivo X80 series, which will include the X80, X80 Pro and X80 Pro + models, detailed specifications of the older Vivo X80 Pro model appeared on the Web.
The device will feature a 6.78-inch 2K resolution AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. This panel will even include a fingerprint scanner. The phone will receive a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 single-chip system, 12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256 GB or 512 GB of internal flash memory.
The main camera will use a 50-megapixel main module, 48-megapixel ultra-wide angle, 12-megapixel portrait and 8-megapixel periscope module, which will provide 5x optical and 60x digital zoom.
The smartphone will be powered by a 4700mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging and 50W wireless charging. In terms of software, the phone will run Android 12 based on OriginOS Ocean.
The announcement of the Vivo X80 line will take place on April 25.
