Tata Altroz Racer Edition may be launched soon
Tata Motors is preparing to launch many new vehicles in the new year. These will include some electric models, while updated versions of some cars will be introduced, which will include the names of Tata Punch and Altroz. The company showcased Tata Altroz Racer Edition at the 2023 Auto Expo.

Features of Tata Altroz Racer Edition
In the new Tata Altroz Nexon And like the Harrier, a 10.25 inch touchscreen unit will be provided. Apart from this, the car will be provided with 7-inch TFT digital instrument cluster, 6 airbags, shark fin antenna, voice activated electric sunroof and AC vents at the rear. Apart from this, ventilated seats, projector headlamps, LED daytime running lamps, 16 inch diamond cut alloy wheels and racer badging will also be added to this new car.
Tata Altroz Racer Edition Engine
This hatchback will already be provided with a powerful turbocharged petrol engine, which is also available in the petrol model of Tata Nexon. The new Altroz is expected to come with a 1.2 liter, 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine, which generates 120PS of power at 5500rpm and 170 Nm of peak torque between 1750 to 4000rpm. A 6-speed manual gearbox will be added to handle the engine.
After its launch in the Indian market, the Altroz Racer Edition will compete with the Hyundai i20 N Line. It has a 1.0 liter turbo petrol engine, which generates power of 118bhp. Also, the car has 6-speed IMT and 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Apart from the new Altroz, Tata Curve EV and Electric Harrier can be launched in 2024.
