Chinese sources say that Apple’s main suppliers are already actively shipping related parts for the assembly of iPhone 14 series smartphones. Test production is already underway, and mass assembly will begin in August.
A source from the supply chain has published fresh data on the characteristics of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max smartphones. They will be equipped with an Apple A16 Bionic single-chip system, a ProMotion OLED display with support for an adaptive refresh rate from 1 to 120 Hz.
iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro will receive GB of RAM, as well as 128, 256, 512 GB or 1 TB of non-volatile memory. The cameras of smartphones will use new image sensors with a resolution of 48 megapixels, as well as two additional modules with a resolution of 12 megapixels.
Also, for the first time, the exact battery capacity of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max was announced, which will be 3200 and 4323 mAh, respectively. The smartphones will run iOS 16 out of the box.
The base iPhone 14 Pro, which will come with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, will cost $1,100. iPhone 14 Pro Max in this version will cost $ 1,200.
Apple is expected to hold an event dedicated to the presentation of new iPhones in September.
