Depart from Mumbai to Ahmedabad
Akasa Air got the Air Operator Certificate from aviation regulator DGCA on 7 July. The first flight of the airline company has left for Ahmedabad from Mumbai at 10.05 am. After this, Akasa Air will start services for Bengaluru-Kochi from August 13, Bengaluru-Mumbai from August 19 and Chennai-Mumbai from September 15.

Commercial flights of Akasa Air will start via Boeing 737 Max Plane on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad Route. The airline has kept the minimum one-way fare on the Mumbai-Ahmedabad route at Rs 3,948. The fare for other airlines on this route is Rs 4,262. On July 22, the company started booking tickets. In a few hours all the tickets were sold out.
