Airtel users across the country are facing the problem of outage, complaints are coming

Airtel users are facing outages across the country. As per the reports being shared by users on social media, it seems to have affected both broadband and cellular users. Internet outage tracker DownDetector has also reported that this outage is affecting Airtel users in different parts of the country. However, the telecom operator has not said anything in this matter. According to the details available on DownDetector, this problem has come to the fore around 11 am.

Hundreds of users struggling with the problem have put forward their complaint through Twitter. From what users are saying, it seems that along with Airtel broadband, mobile network is also being affected. Some users say that they are not even able to use the Airtel app.

The company on Thursday launched Airtel Xstream Premium over-the-top (OTT) streaming service in India. The Indian telecom service provider claims that the new OTT service will provide content access through 15 Indian and global OTT platforms, including SonyLIV, Eros Now, Shorts TV, etc. Regarding this integration, it has also been said that it will provide access to more than 10,000 movies and TV shows on a single platform. In addition, Airtel says that it has brought a single app, single subscription and single sign-in experience for Xstream Premium users. Airtel’s new OTT content can be viewed on smartphones, tablets and laptops via the Xstream set-top box.

Airtel’s new Xstream Premium OTT service has been launched in India on Thursday. The video streaming service provided by the Indian telecom provider costs Rs 149 per month and Rs 1,499 annually. More than 10,500 movies and TV shows from SonyLIV, Lionsgate Play, Eros Now, ManoramaMax, Hoichoi, Ultra, Epic On, ShortsTV, KLIKK, Divo, Dollywood Play, Namma Flix, Docubay, ShemarooMe and Hungama Play can be seen on this platform .
