According to reports, Airtel company will launch its 5G services in Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Jamnagar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai and Pune. Apart from this, Airtel has already planned to rollout 5G network to more than 5000 cities across India. At the same time, the company may soon offer its 5G network in all 22 circles including Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Delhi, Gujarat, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Karnataka, Kerala, Kolkata, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Mumbai , North East, Odisha, Punjab, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh (East), Uttar Pradesh (West), West Bengal. At the same time, users will have to wait till March 2024 for the company’s 5G service till every area.

Airtel 5G SIM:
As of now, Airtel has not said whether users need to get a new 5G SIM or not. Airtel itself, no telecom operator has yet told whether users will need a 5G compatible SIM card or not.
