After testing in Syria, the “Armata” tank found problems

It is reported that the specialists of Uralvagonzavod have already made about one and a half hundred technological changes to the design of the “Armata”. According to sources, the T-14 revealed problematic solutions regarding the level of sensitivity of the system for detecting incoming projectiles, an optical-location complex, and a power plant.

Earlier, Andrei Yelchaninov, First Deputy Chairman of the RF Military-Industrial Commission, told when it is planned to supply the T-14 “Armata” to the Russian army. This process will be phased. After 2023, more than 40 tanks are to be transferred to the troops. Also recently, exercises were held with the “Armata” and a new type of ammunition. And even earlier, the car for the first time demonstrated without protective casing of the tower.
