Three Adani group companies have pledged additional shares with the State Bank of India (SBI). A few days ago, after the report of America’s short seller company Hindenburg alleging fraud on Adani, there has been a loss of about $ 120 billion in its market value. Since then, doubts have arisen among the investors about the companies of the group.

Shares of Adani’s three companies pledged with SBI Cap Trustee Company

The company said in a communication sent to the stock exchanges that group companies – Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ), Adani Transmission Limited and Adani Green Energy have pledged their shares with SBI Cap Trustee Company, a unit of SBI.

How many shares of Adani’s companies are pledged – know

According to the information, another 75 lakh shares of APSEZ have been pledged, after which one per cent of all its shares have been pledged with SBI Cap. Whereas, after pledging an additional 60 lakh shares of Adani Green, SBI Cap has pledged 1.06 per cent of the company’s total shares, while pledging another 13 lakh shares of Adani Transmission has pledged 0.55 per cent of its total shares.
