Adani Group Beats Tata: Tata is also behind Adani, Adani Group adds Rs 64,000 crore every month

Adani Group Beats Tata: Adani Group has overtaken the country’s oldest industrial conglomerate Tata Group in terms of market capitalisation, due to the rise in the shares of its group companies. After the acquisition of Ambuja Cement and ACC, nine companies of Gautam Adani are now listed on the stock exchange. And the market cap of these nine companies has reached Rs 23.24 lakh crore. While the market cap of group companies of Tata group companies is Rs 20.84 lakh crore.

Adani Group adds Rs 64,000 crore every month
At the end of 2019, the market cap of all the listed companies of the Adani Group was only Rs 2 lakh crore. But in less than the last three years, the Adani Group has amassed assets worth Rs 21.24 lakh crore for its shareholders. The Adani Group has created assets for shareholders on an average of Rs 64000 crore every month in the last 33 months. No group in the world has added wealth to shareholders with such speed. The Tata group has added Rs 9 lakh crore and Reliance Industries Rs 7.5 lakh crore for shareholders in the same period.

Adani Group is at number one with a market cap of 23.24 lakh crore. So the Tata group is in second place with Rs 20.84 lakh crore. Reliance Industries is at the third position with a market cap of Rs 17.13 lakh crore. HDFC Group is at the fourth position with a market cap of Rs 14.62 lakh crore. Bajaj Group is at the fifth position with Rs 9.37 lakh crore.

9 companies of Adani group listed
The first seven companies of the Adani Group were listed on the stock exchange. But now after the acquisition of Ambuja Cement and ACC from Holcim, both the companies have become part of the Adani Group. So due to this also the market cap of Adani Group has increased.
