Acura first showed the revived ZDX electric crossover

Acura is going to revive its ZDX crossover on an electric platform. The manufacturer has published the first official images of the new model, which is being tested.

Work on Acura’s first all-electric models continues at a rapid pace, with testing being carried out on public roads. As the brand moves towards an electrified future, the Type S models will continue to put the driving experience at the forefront and exemplify Acura’s unwavering commitment to delivering on the brand’s promise of Precision Crafted Performance. Covered in “Type S” camouflage, the ZDX prototype is extensively tested and tuned to optimize the SUV’s dynamics and overall driving experience.

The car was created at Acura’s Southern California design studio and will feature many of the elements that debuted in the Acura Precision EV concept car.

Acura’s first production zero-emissions ZDX and the 2024 ZDX Type S will be officially unveiled in 2023.
