Infosys’ net profit for the financial year (2023-24) ending March 2024 increased by 8.9 percent to Rs 26,233 crore. It was Rs 24,095 crore in the financial year 2022-23. Operating income increased by 4.7 percent to Rs 1,53,670 crore in financial year 2023-24 from Rs 1,46,767 crore in 2022-23.
Will get special dividend of Rs 8
The board of directors of Infosys has recommended a special dividend of Rs 8 per share along with a final dividend of Rs 20 per share for the financial year 2023-24. According to this, investors are going to get a total dividend of Rs 28 per share. The company has also announced the acquisition of 100 percent stake in German company In-Tech for 45 crore euros. This deal is to be done entirely in cash.
Record date is 31st May
The record date of the dividend is May 31, 2024 (Infosys Dividend Record Date 31 May) and the dividend will be paid on July 1, 2024.
