The central government has declared two organizations of Jammu and Kashmir ‘Jammu and Kashmir Hithadul Muslimeen’ and ‘Awami Action Committee’ as illegal organizations. Home Minister Amit Shah shared this information on social media platform ‘X’ (East Twitter). He said that these organizations have been found responsible for inciting people and spoiling law and order, which could have threatened the unity and integrity of the country.
Why the ban under UAPA?
According to the Ministry of Home Affairs, the activities of these organizations made it clear that they were plotting to spread unrest in Jammu and Kashmir. People were being encouraged for violence due to his statements and actions, due to which there was a threat to law and order.

At the same time, Amit Shah clarified that the Modi government will not tolerate any anti -national activity. Those working against the peace, order and sovereignty of the country will be given a befitting reply.
