ViewSonic has released the new X2781-4K-Pro-6 monitor, calling it the world’s first gaming monitor with a high-speed 4K IGZO matrix and a refresh rate of 165 Hz.
The new product has a 27-inch screen with a resolution of 3840×2160 pixels, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, a peak brightness of 350 nits and a response time of 1 ms. It also claims to support 10-bit color depth, covering 100% of the sRGB color space and 99% of DCI-P3. According to the company, the IGZO matrix has a smoother and clearer image, as well as increased viewing angles and a very fast response time, which is important for dynamic games. The set of monitor interfaces includes a pair of HDMI 2.1, USB Type-C and USB Type-A, one DP 1.4, USB Type-B and a 3.5 mm audio output. There is support for HDR600, FreeSync and G-Sync.
