9 geared Dhansu SUV to be launched in India to be launched next month, teaser released

Jeep dominates the SUV market in India. People have taken the company’s vehicles by hand. The company’s famous SUV Compass has ruled Indian hearts. Now Jeep India has launched the much awaited rugged version of the Compass – the Trailhawk (Jeep Compass TrailHawk) teaser released. While Jeep had revealed the Compass Trailhawk only last year, it was planned to launch in 2022. After the release of the teaser, it is clear that the company will launch the Trailhawk very soon. It is said that this model will be based on the top variant of the Jeep Compass.

The Jeep Compass Trailhawk will be launched in the Indian market as an off-road focused SUV, which will include a 4X4 standard drivetrain. The company is going to add some very special design elements to this car. Among its new design elements, new changes can be seen in the unique bumper, grille, body paint and alloy wheels.

The vehicle is expected to get a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system running the latest Uconnect 5 system along with an all-digital instrument cluster. For convenience, the vehicle is expected to get a sunroof, ventilated front seats, wireless smartphone charging, dual zone climate control, connected car technology and many more. Apart from this, Amazon Alexa support, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support and over the air update (OTA) will also be supported in this car.

In terms of safety, it gets 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, ESC, hill descent control, panic brake assist, ready alert braking, electronic roll mitigation and brake lock differential, rain brake support, select terrain 4×4 system, automatic headlamps and rain sensing wipers. Many other features have been given.

The Jeep Compass Trailhawk is powered by a 2.0-litre, turbocharged diesel engine that produces 165 Bhp of power and 350 Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a 9 speed automatic gearbox. The SUV will also get a four-wheel-drive setup with Jeep’s Select Terrain system. This SUV is being built on the common modular platform. It can be launched in India in March 2022.
