Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy A04 and Galaxy A04e smartphones in India. The devices are inexpensive and therefore potentially quite popular: for the Galaxy A04e in the basic version with 32 GB of flash memory, they ask for the equivalent of $ 110, in the base Galaxy A04 has 64 GB of flash memory and the price is higher – $ 145.
The phones feature 6.5-inch PLS screens with Full HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch for the 5-megapixel front camera. The main cameras are dual: with 50 and 2 megapixel sensors in the Galaxy A04 and with 13 and 2 megapixel sensors in the Galaxy A04e. The hardware platform in both cases is MediaTek Helio P35. The devices are equipped with 5000 mAh batteries with support for 15 W charging through the USB-C port. Also in both cases there is a jack for connecting wired headphones, Android 12 out of the box and the ability to increase RAM by 4 GB by creating a virtual 4 GB partition in flash memory.
The Galaxy A04e comes in three configurations: 3/32GB ($110), 3/64GB ($120), and 4/128GB ($140). The Galaxy A04 has two configurations: 4/64GB for $145 and 4/128GB for $160.
