5G Phone for Rs 5,000 AI+ to Enter Indian Market on July 8 with Two Smartphone Launches

Landing pages for these phones have gone live on Flipkart, revealing some key details about the upcoming devices.

A new smartphone brand, AI+, is set to enter the Indian market, introduced by NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, headed by Madhav Sheth (former Realme India CEO). The company will launch its first two smartphones—AI+ Nova 5G and AI+ Pulse 4G—on July 8. These Flipkart-exclusive phones will start at Rs 5,000, and the company claims they will offer 5G support, smart features, and a clean Android experience, all under a Made-in-India initiative.

The landing pages on Flipkart confirm the launch date and reveal initial specs. The Nova 5G will be a mid-range 5G phone featuring a 50MP dual rear camera, 5000mAh battery, 6GB RAM, and 128GB storage (expandable up to 1TB). It sports a flat display with a waterdrop notch and a circular rear camera module.

The Pulse 4G, meanwhile, is positioned as a budget smartphone, offering similar camera and battery specs but with a rectangular camera design. Both devices run on NxtQuantum OS, based on Android 15, and are customized for Indian users with no bloatware and smart assistant features.

According to tipster Debayan Roy, the Nova will be powered by the 6nm Unisoc T8200 chipset, while the Pulse will feature a 12nm Unisoc T7250 processor. Although Flipkart mentions a starting price of Rs 5,000, Roy’s tweet suggests that both phones will be priced under Rs 10,000, placing them in the entry-level and budget segments.

As per the Flipkart listing, user data will be stored securely on MeitY-approved Google Cloud. The company is also using recycled materials in some parts, promoting itself as an eco-friendly brand.

In addition, an earlier report by GSMArena mentions that AI+ may also launch the Wearbuds Watch 3, expected to debut alongside the smartphones on July 8.
