Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy S21 FE smartphone today, which is presented as a budget flagship relative to the Galaxy S21 line, while Realme has this role assigned to Realme GT2 – the younger brother a full-fledged flagship GT2 Pro, also debuting today.
Realme GT2 received a 6.62-inch Samsung AMOLED E4 screen with Full HD + resolution with a frame rate of 120 Hz. At the heart of the hardware platform is the SoC Snapdragon 888 – just like the Galaxy S21 FE. Smartphone software platform – Android 12 with Realme UI 3.0 interface.
The camera on the Realme GT2 is not as powerful as on the GT2 Pro. The main sensor is the same 50-megapixel Sony IMX766, and there is even optical stabilization, but the rest of the sensors are simpler. For example, an 8-megapixel sensor is connected to a 119 ° ultra-wide-angle lens, and the third 2-megapixel sensor is no longer part of the microscope camera. The embedded front camera uses a 16 megapixel sensor.
Like the older brother, the Realme GT2 received a 5000 mAh battery with support for 65 W fast charging. The smartphone is 8.6 mm thick and weighs 199 grams. Prices are as follows: 8/128 GB – $ 410, 8/256 GB – $ 440, 12/256 GB – $ 490.
