Huawei has shifted its focus from smartphones to other products, focusing more on its MateBook line of laptops. Last month, the company announced the MateBook X Pro 2022 in the Chinese market, and now it is available for purchase in China.
It comes in three different configurations and is available from the company’s official store at JD.com. The base model with a Core i5-1155G7 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 512GB SSD is priced at $ 1,490, but early adopters can get it for $ 1,458. The $ 1,647 Core i7-1195G7 model with 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD will be available for $ 1,615. The older version with Core i7-1195G7, 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB SSD is priced at $ 1960, but will be available at a discounted price of $ 1929.
Huawei’s MateBook X Pro 2022 features a 14.2-inch, 3120 x 2080-pixel display that supports a 90Hz refresh rate, has a brightness of 500 cd / m22… The company also claims a 92.5% screen size on the top bezel and adds that the laptop uses the professional 3D Lut color calibration scheme.
The laptop is equipped with two fans, three air intakes and a large copper plate with heat pipes, which greatly improves the cooling efficiency. The laptop has a pressure-sensitive touch panel, it supports many convenient gestures, including air.
The Huawei MateBook X Pro 2022 is equipped with a 6-speaker Huawei Sound system and also supports fast connection of multiple devices for data exchange. The device comes with a 90W charger.
