Xiaomi has introduced a new line of low-cost 4K TVs in China that are quite suitable for video games. The Redmi XT Gaming TV series is represented by three models with screen sizes of 55, 65 and 75 inches. The prices, respectively, are 290, 385 and 690 dollars.
TVs received metal cases. 4K resolution panels support 120Hz frame rates, MEMC and VRR technologies, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. The Delta E value is about 2 units, the coverage of the DCI-P3 color space is 94%.
At the heart of the hardware platform is an SoC with four Arm Cortex-A73 cores. The volumes of operational and built-in flash memory amounted to 3 and 32 GB. The sound subsystem is represented by four loudspeakers, producing a total of 25 watts of sound.
TVs of the line are equipped with HDMI 2.1 ports and support voice control using Xiao AI proprietary voice assistant. The novelties will go on sale in China on October 24, and from today they are offered on a pre-order basis.
Interestingly, just a few days ago, China introduced a range of Redmi Gaming TV X Pro TVs with very similar specifications. But it has only two models – with screens with a diagonal of 65 and 75 inches.
