Dell’s latest display at CES 2023 in Las Vegas today is the UltraSharp 32 6K (part number U3224KB). The peculiarity of the novelty is reflected in the name: it is equipped with a matrix with a resolution of 6K.
More specifically, the Dell U3224KB features an LG-made IPS Black panel with increased contrast ratio and 1.2x better color reproduction than traditional IPS panels. The screen diagonal is 31.5 inches, the resolution is 6144 x 3456. The monitor covers 100% of the sRGB color space and 99% of DCI-P3. It meets the requirements of the VESA DisplayHDR 600 standard, so with an Apple monitor peak brightness of 1600 cd/m2. cannot compete.

But the Dell U3224KB has a built-in webcam that allows you to record or broadcast 4K 30 fps video, 14 W stereo speakers, two microphones, many different USB ports (two of them are USB-C and one USB-A in front), HDMI 2.1 and USB-C with Thunderbolt 4 interface, allowing you to supply up to 140 watts of power to a connected laptop. Finally, a KVM switch is also implemented in the monitor.

Dell did not announce the cost of new items. The U3224KB should go on sale in the first half of this year.
