NASA Did Jet Propulsion Laboratory Keeps tracking asteroids continuously. According to JPL, Asteroid 2023 JD is going to pass close to the Earth today. It will pass very close to the Earth, whose distance is said to be 1,320,000 km. The size of the asteroid is 52 feet, which is the size of a large house. This rocky sphere is moving towards the earth today. Its speed is said to be 34,889 kilometers per hour.
In addition one asteroid After two days it will again pass through close to the earth. This asteroid is about three times bigger than 2023 JD. That is, this asteroid can prove to be more dangerous. Its name is 2023 HT4 which is 250 feet in size. It is going to pass through the Earth on 12 May. According to NASA, if an asteroid larger than 150 feet comes near the earth then it can be very dangerous.
It is said about asteroids that their chances of hitting the earth are very less. But it is said many times that small asteroids can enter the Earth’s atmosphere. The size of an asteroid can range from 50 feet to 550 feet. In such a situation, sometimes these asteroids can bring a big danger with them.
