A promising Lenovo laptop based on the promising Intel Core i7-13700HX processor has been spotted in the Geekbench benchmark. Thanks to this, we already have both the CPU configuration and ideas about its performance.
The Core i7-13700HX received 16 cores and support for 24 threads. The base frequency is relatively low – 2.1 GHz, but the maximum reaches almost 5.0 GHz. A serial copy will certainly have a higher base frequency. The amount of cache memory, judging by the measurement application, was 2 MB – significantly more than 1.25 MB for the Core i9-12900HX.
In terms of performance, the Core i7-13700HX was even faster than the current flagship Core i9-12950HX: 2.8% faster in a single-threaded test and about 9% faster in a multi-threaded test.
